Information We Collect

When you use 1099Verify, we collect the following information:

• Documents you upload for fraud scanning (deleted after processing)
• Email address (if provided during checkout)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

Bank Verification Data

When an applicant connects their bank for income verification, we access read-only transaction and balance data through a secure, encrypted connection. We do not access or store bank login credentials. Data is used solely to generate your verification report.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide fraud scanning and income verification services
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails related to your verification
• To improve our service

Data Retention

Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after processing. Verification reports are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@1099verify.io.
