Service Description

1099Verify provides document fraud scanning and bank-verified income verification reports for landlords evaluating self-employed tenant applicants. Reports cost $19 per applicant verification.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

1099Verify is an income verification tool, not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our reports are intended as supplementary information to assist in your decision-making process. They should not be used as the sole basis for tenant acceptance or rejection.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If an applicant does not complete bank verification within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support@1099verify.io to request a refund.

Limitation of Liability

1099Verify provides income data and fraud analysis based on available bank transaction data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party bank data. Our service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for decisions made based on our reports.
